By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. WEBSITE INFORMATION
Information provided on this website is intended as general information about Percival Equi and our services.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, information may change and we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current or error-free.
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, veterinary, medical, immigration, tax, employment or other regulated professional advice.
Where specialist advice is required, you should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
3. RECRUITMENT SERVICES
Percival Equi provides recruitment and candidate-matching services to the equestrian industry.
Registration as a candidate does not guarantee:
employment;
an interview;
introduction to an employer;
consideration for a particular vacancy; or
any particular outcome.
Likewise, use of our recruitment service does not guarantee that an employer will successfully appoint a candidate.
Recruitment decisions ultimately remain with employers and candidates.
Percival Equi may determine whether a candidate appears suitable for opportunities within our network and is not obliged to put forward every registered candidate for every position.
Specific recruitment assignments may be subject to separate terms of business between Percival Equi and the employer.
Those terms will prevail in relation to the relevant recruitment engagement where they differ from these general website terms.
4. CANDIDATE INFORMATION
Candidates are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to Percival Equi is accurate and not misleading.
This includes information relating to:
qualifications;
employment history;
professional experience;
competition experience;
licences or certificates;
right-to-work status;
references; and
other information relevant to employment.
Percival Equi may request clarification or verification of information where appropriate.
Providing false or materially misleading information may result in removal from a recruitment process or candidate network.
5. REFERENCES AND BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Where appropriate and lawful, Percival Equi may seek references or verification relating to a candidate's professional background.
Candidates must provide accurate details and should only provide referees whom they are entitled to nominate.
The scope of any checks will depend upon the position and circumstances.
6. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT
International employment may involve visas, work permits, immigration requirements, tax obligations, professional requirements and other legal considerations.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Percival Equi does not provide immigration, tax or legal advice.
Employers and candidates remain responsible for ensuring that applicable employment, immigration, right-to-work and other legal requirements are satisfied.
Where appropriate, independent specialist advice should be obtained.
7. EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, Percival Equi is not the employer of candidates introduced through our recruitment services.
The employment relationship is between the employer and employee.
Employers are responsible for employment contracts, remuneration, working arrangements, accommodation arrangements where relevant, health and safety, insurance and compliance with applicable employment law.
8. EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Percival Equi may provide courses, workshops, masterclasses, private training and other professional-development services.
Individual programmes may be subject to separate booking conditions relating to:
fees;
payment;
cancellations;
attendance;
rescheduling;
course materials; and
certification where applicable.
A Percival Equi programme should not be understood to carry external accreditation unless that accreditation is expressly stated.
Participation in a course does not guarantee employment or professional advancement.
9. EQUINE ACTIVITIES AND SAFETY
Working with horses involves inherent risks.
Participants in practical equestrian education or training must follow reasonable safety instructions and disclose relevant information where necessary for safe participation.
Percival Equi may refuse or discontinue participation where conduct creates an unreasonable risk to a participant, another person or a horse.
Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
10. WORKPLACE RELATIONS
Information on our website concerning workplace relations is general in nature and does not constitute legal or employment-law advice.
Workplace-relations services may include consultation, facilitated conversations, training and mediation.
The appropriate service will depend upon the individual circumstances.
11. MEDIATION
Mediation is a voluntary process facilitated by an impartial mediator.
The mediator does not determine who is right or wrong and does not impose an outcome.
Any mediation conducted by Percival Equi will be subject to a separate agreement to mediate and any other applicable professional requirements.
Information on this website should not be interpreted as legal advice.
Participants should obtain independent legal advice where appropriate.
12. FEES
Fees for Percival Equi services may vary according to the nature and scope of the engagement.
Unless prices are expressly published for a particular service, fees will be provided following enquiry or consultation.
Specific services may require deposits, retainers, advance payments or other payment arrangements.
These will be explained before the relevant service is confirmed.
13. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellation and refund arrangements may vary according to the service purchased.
Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, deposit or refund terms will be communicated as part of the relevant booking or engagement.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website and Percival Equi materials — including text, branding, course materials, graphics, photographs, documents, frameworks and educational content — is owned by or licensed to Percival Equi and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
