  • Yes. Bespoke private training can be developed around an individual yard or organisation.

  • Only where a recognised external qualification/accreditation actually applies. Percival Equi programmes will not be described as formally accredited unless the relevant accreditation has been obtained.

WORKPLACE RELATIONS / MEDIATION

  • Mediation is conducted within an appropriate confidential framework, subject to the circumstances and terms of the process.

  • No. An initial discussion can help determine suitability.

  • No. A mediator is impartial and does not decide the outcome.
